SOUTHWEST LIVESTOCK EXCHANGE, INC
"A TRADITION OF AGRICULTURAL EXCELLENCE"
For over half a century, Southwest Livestock Exchange has stood as a beacon of agricultural dedication and excellence in Uvalde, Texas. Founded by Joe Hargrove at the tender age of 24, this family-owned and operated business has grown from a young boy's dream into a vital part of the agricultural community.
Joe, together with his wife Nadine, laid the foundations of a legacy that has endured even beyond Nadine's untimely passing in 1981. Their son-in-law, Jimmy Speer, has been an integral part of Southwest Livestock for over forty years, bringing his expertise and passion to the fore. The Hargrove family's commitment to agriculture spans generations, with daughter Melody, and grandsons Justin and Cline, each contributing to different facets of the agricultural industry.
At Southwest Livestock Exchange, our days are filled with more than just business transactions. We are privileged to work alongside individuals who embody strong morals, cherish the land, and uphold the rural way of life. Our clients and partners share our belief in the foundational ideals of our country, creating a community that we are honored to be a part of.
Our mission extends beyond today's agricultural needs. We are committed to fostering a strong, sustainable future for agriculture, ensuring that the values and practices we hold dear can be passed down to future generations. Every sale, every interaction, and every decision at Southwest Livestock Exchange is a step towards this enduring legacy.
