When you sign the seller affidavit or send a message, we keep what you enter so the office can do business with you. Affidavits are kept on file as a USDA country of origin record, with the date, time and internet address they were signed from.

We do not sell your information or share it outside the exchange except where the law requires it, such as a USDA or TAHC records request.
